Adapts Automatically
to Changes in Rebar Pitch

TOMOROBO© senses intersections as it goes along, so it automatically adapts to changes in pitch.

It adapts to the rebar pitch of 100-300mm, in 25mm increments. Adaptable rebar diameters are φ10/φ13/φ16.*1 Pitch allowance is ±20mm. Furthermore, it senses intersections even if there are variances in height or angles and ties them securely.
*1 It may not be able to tie three φ16 bars together.

The adjustable working unit adapts to the rebar pitch of 100-300mm, in 25mm increments. Three sensors move up and down independently to flexibly adapt to unevenness at the site.

●Do not place on intersections of rebars.
●Spacer pitch should be 1m or less.
●Spacer height should be 60 mm or more.

※May not tie properly if clearance is under 60mm with TOMOROBO© placed on rebars.

  • ●In order for TOMOROBO© to tie at intersections, do not place spacers in the intersections.
  • ●When carrying, always use the handle on top with 2 persons. *The handles on the sides are used to change the width of TOMOROBO©.
  • ●When changing the width of TOMOROBO©, please do so before placing on rebars.
  • ●Be sure to cap the charging port before starting tying operations. *There is a risk of short circuits if it gets wet.
